What will be deleted: Your name, email, phone number, postcode, and login credentials.
What we must keep: Booking and payment records are retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes, but your personal details will be removed from them.
Before you can delete:
No upcoming lessons — cancel any pending or confirmed bookings first
Refunds for cancelled lessons follow the standard policy
Deletion is immediate and permanent once you confirm
